MINI HDMI to AV signal converter converts HDMI video signal or audio signal to AV (CVBS) composite video signal and the FL / FR stereo audio signals, while supporting DVI system sideline signals. Converts high quality HDMI video signal into normal CVBS signal (standard-definition 480i, 576i). Uses an HDMI Input and offers Composite Video + Audio R/L Output. -Please note that this converter does not work backwards (it cannot convert RCA A/V to HDMI. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after the date your order is delivered.
What Can Be Returned
Most THE CIMPLE CO products, including cables, connectors, adapters, wall plates, splitters, hardware, tools, and remote controls, may be returned within the 30-day return window if they are returned in their original condition with all parts and packaging reasonably intact.
What Is Not Eligible for a Standard Return
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
Products that have been installed, modified, cut, damaged, or materially used, unless the problem is a defect or our error
Products sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
RMA Required Before Return
You must obtain an RMA before sending anything back. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Tell us your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
We will provide an RMA and return instructions, including the correct return address.
Package the item securely and include or clearly reference the RMA as instructed.
Return Shipping
Defective item, damaged shipment, or our error: We will provide a prepaid return label or other return instructions at our expense.
Non-defective return: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the return is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original outbound shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to a defect, shipping damage, or our error.
After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it to your account.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the product is defective, arrives damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 30 days after delivery. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Depending on the circumstances, we may send a replacement or issue a refund after inspection.
After 30 Days
If a product defect appears after the 30-day return window, the item may still be covered by our 10-Year Limited Warranty. Post-30-day defect claims are handled through the warranty process, not the return process.

THE CIMPLE CO 10-Year Limited Warranty

Who Is Covered
This Limited Warranty extends to the consumer purchaser who bought a THE CIMPLE CO branded product from thecimpleco.com or another authorized sales channel and can provide proof of purchase.
What Products Are Covered
This Limited Warranty applies to THE CIMPLE CO branded physical products, including cables, connectors, adapters, hardware, tools, remote controls, and related accessories, sold through authorized channels.
What This Limited Warranty Covers
We warrant that the covered product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
When Coverage Begins and Ends
The warranty period begins on the purchase date shown on your proof of purchase and ends ten (10) years later.
What We Will Do
If a covered product does not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement product. At our option, the replacement may be the same item or a comparable THE CIMPLE CO product if the original item is unavailable or discontinued. Replacement is the exclusive remedy offered under this Limited Warranty.
What We Will Not Pay For
This Limited Warranty does not provide cash refunds, labor reimbursement, removal or reinstallation charges, expedited shipping requested by you, or compensation for damage to other property, lost time, lost profits, or other indirect losses.
What Is Not Covered
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper storage
Damage caused by improper installation, improper voltage, improper matching, or use outside the product's intended purpose or published specifications
Ordinary wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or gradual deterioration that does not affect function
Damage caused by external events such as power surges, lightning, flood, fire, or other acts of nature
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, liquidation channels, or secondhand sources
Damage caused by parts, accessories, or service not supplied or authorized by us, except to the extent a restriction of that type would be prohibited by applicable law
How to Get Warranty Service

Provide your proof of purchase, product identification, and a description of the defect or failure.
Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions we provide. In some cases, we may ask for photographs or other supporting information before approving a claim.
If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement product. If we ask you to return the product, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Informal Dispute Resolution
We do not require you to use an informal dispute settlement procedure as a condition of enforcing this Limited Warranty.
Limitation on Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation on Incidental and Consequential Damages
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from a breach of this Limited Warranty or the failure of a product, including damage to other equipment, lost data, lost revenue, or downtime.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
