30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after the date your order is delivered.

What Can Be Returned

Most THE CIMPLE CO products, including cables, connectors, adapters, wall plates, splitters, hardware, tools, and remote controls, may be returned within the 30-day return window if they are returned in their original condition with all parts and packaging reasonably intact.

What Is Not Eligible for a Standard Return

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products that have been installed, modified, cut, damaged, or materially used, unless the problem is a defect or our error
  • Products sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

RMA Required Before Return

You must obtain an RMA before sending anything back. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page.
  2. Tell us your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide an RMA and return instructions, including the correct return address.
  4. Package the item securely and include or clearly reference the RMA as instructed.

Return Shipping

  • Defective item, damaged shipment, or our error: We will provide a prepaid return label or other return instructions at our expense.
  • Non-defective return: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the return is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to a defect, shipping damage, or our error.
  • After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it to your account.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the product is defective, arrives damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 30 days after delivery. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Depending on the circumstances, we may send a replacement or issue a refund after inspection.

After 30 Days

If a product defect appears after the 30-day return window, the item may still be covered by our 10-Year Limited Warranty. Post-30-day defect claims are handled through the warranty process, not the return process.
