Order Processing and Shipment Time

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time, or on weekends or holidays, are usually processed on the next business day. Once processed, orders are handed off to the carrier for shipment.

If a product page, checkout page, or order confirmation states a different shipment time for a specific order, that stated shipment time controls for that order. If no shipment time is stated for an order, we expect to ship within 3 business days after receipt of a properly completed order. A properly completed order means we have received your order, payment authorization, and the information needed to ship it.

Shipping Methods and Destinations

We primarily ship by USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on destination, package characteristics, and service availability.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Upgraded carrier-specific shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
  • Typical delivery time after shipment: 2 to 5 business days.

U.S. Territories

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.
  • Free standard shipping does not apply to U.S. territory shipments.
  • Typical delivery time after shipment: 7 to 14 business days.

Canada

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.
  • Typical delivery time after shipment: 7 to 14 business days.
  • The buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges assessed by Canadian authorities.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information. If you created an account, you may also be able to review order status through your account.

Shipping Delay Notices and Your Choices

If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the time originally stated for that order, or within 10 days if no shipment time was stated, we will send a delay notice by a method reasonably likely to reach you promptly, such as email. Our delay notice will explain the delay, tell you how to cancel at no additional cost, and explain whether your silence may or may not count as consent.

First delay notice with a definite revised ship date 10 days or less later

If our first delay notice gives you a definite revised ship date that is 10 days or less after the original promised shipment time, you may cancel for a prompt full refund or allow the order to remain open. If you do not respond before shipment and before the revised ship date expires, we may treat your silence as consent to that first delay.

First delay notice with a definite revised ship date more than 10 days later

If our first delay notice gives you a definite revised ship date that is more than 10 days after the original promised shipment time, your express consent is required. If we do not receive your specific consent within 10 days after the original promised shipment time, your order will be canceled automatically and you will receive a prompt full refund.

First delay notice with no definite revised ship date

If we cannot provide a definite revised ship date, our first delay notice will say that we are unable to provide one and will explain the reason for the delay. Your express consent is required if you want us to keep the order open. If we do not receive your specific consent within 10 days after the original promised shipment time, your order will be canceled automatically and you will receive a prompt full refund.

If you expressly consent to an indefinite delay, you may cancel your order at any time before shipment. Once you expressly consent to an indefinite delay, we are not required to send additional delay notices unless we choose to do so.

Renewed delay notices

If you previously consented to a definite revised ship date and we later learn that we still cannot ship by that date, we will send a renewed delay notice before that revised date expires. A renewed delay notice always requires your express consent to any further delay. Silence does not count as consent to a renewed delay. If we do not receive your specific consent before the current revised ship date expires, your order will be canceled and you will receive a prompt full refund.

Your continuing right to cancel

You may cancel a delayed order at any time before shipment, including after you previously consented to a definite or indefinite delay.

Our option to cancel and refund

Instead of requesting consent to a delay, we may cancel the order and issue a prompt full refund.

Prompt Refunds for Unshipped Orders

When a cancellation or shipping-delay refund is required, we will refund all money you paid for the unshipped merchandise, including shipping charges attributable to that unshipped merchandise. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We will not substitute store credit, gift cards, or vouchers in place of a cash refund unless you specifically request it. Refunds will be issued within seven business days.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If a package is returned because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you about reshipment options. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe a package is lost, please contact us within 30 days after delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, help arrange a replacement or refund.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses when the selected service supports that destination. Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard domestic delivery times.
