THE CIMPLE CO 10-Year Limited Warranty

Who Is Covered
This Limited Warranty extends to the consumer purchaser who bought a THE CIMPLE CO branded product from thecimpleco.com or another authorized sales channel and can provide proof of purchase.
What Products Are Covered
This Limited Warranty applies to THE CIMPLE CO branded physical products, including cables, connectors, adapters, hardware, tools, remote controls, and related accessories, sold through authorized channels.
What This Limited Warranty Covers
We warrant that the covered product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
When Coverage Begins and Ends
The warranty period begins on the purchase date shown on your proof of purchase and ends ten (10) years later.
What We Will Do
If a covered product does not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement product. At our option, the replacement may be the same item or a comparable THE CIMPLE CO product if the original item is unavailable or discontinued. Replacement is the exclusive remedy offered under this Limited Warranty.
What We Will Not Pay For
This Limited Warranty does not provide cash refunds, labor reimbursement, removal or reinstallation charges, expedited shipping requested by you, or compensation for damage to other property, lost time, lost profits, or other indirect losses.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper storage
- Damage caused by improper installation, improper voltage, improper matching, or use outside the product's intended purpose or published specifications
- Ordinary wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or gradual deterioration that does not affect function
- Damage caused by external events such as power surges, lightning, flood, fire, or other acts of nature
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, liquidation channels, or secondhand sources
- Damage caused by parts, accessories, or service not supplied or authorized by us, except to the extent a restriction of that type would be prohibited by applicable law
How to Get Warranty Service
- Contact THE CIMPLE CO through our Contact Us page, or by mail at the address listed below.
- Provide your proof of purchase, product identification, and a description of the defect or failure.
- Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions we provide. In some cases, we may ask for photographs or other supporting information before approving a claim.
- If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement product. If we ask you to return the product, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Informal Dispute Resolution
We do not require you to use an informal dispute settlement procedure as a condition of enforcing this Limited Warranty.
Limitation on Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation on Incidental and Consequential Damages
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from a breach of this Limited Warranty or the failure of a product, including damage to other equipment, lost data, lost revenue, or downtime.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
